Have you ever felt "Information Overload" from all of the resources, stories, and opinions online?

At the Birth Circle Community, we hold free, monthly meetings, in person, where expecting mothers, new moms, partners, and wellness workers can learn from local experts on a myriad of women's and children's health topics. Join us to learn, ask questions, and share stories!

2

Free Birth Preparation

For expecting mamas and their partners, this 4 week Birth Prep Course is taught by local Doulas who are familiar with pregnancy through postpartum and experts in preparing mamas to achieve their best birth!

3

Doula Support

Having a Doula at your side during labor and birth is shown to have positive effects in the following areas :

  • Fewer c-sections (cesarean sections)

  • Less anxiety and depression for pregnant people

  • Less pain-relief medication during labor

  • Shorter time in labor

  • Fewer negative childbirth experiences

  • Better communication between pregnant people and their health care providers

  • Lower healthcare costs

Meet your local Doulas at The Birth Circle Community and add her to your team ASAP!

Our Mom Talks and Birth Preparation Classes are held at our local Statesboro Family YMCA, and at the Birth Circle Community are inspired by the YMCA's other amazing community programs and continual support in our mission!
