About the event
We will cover topics like labor positions, breathing techniques, mind-set, Birth Plan, & more! You don't need to bring anything but an excitement to get one step closer to meeting your baby and having your best experience in birth. This class will be taught by local, long-practicing Birth Doula, Emily Bohannon and will give you the tools to get ready for delivery.
