About the event
We will meet in the Community Chapel at the Statesboro Family YMCA (under the big red and white YMCA sign in the back lot) This class is free to mothers and partners to join in learning about 4 categories of Birth Preparedness: Pregnancy & Breath Practice, Labor & Delivery, Initial Breastfeeding, & Recovery Practice. We will host this series quarterly, for 4 weeks in a row. Don't worry if you can't make one of the classes, just reach out to our team and we will send you the handouts and answer any questions you may have!
We are a not for profit organization with the mission to provide free Birth and motherhood education as well as Doula support to ALL mothers. We say ALL mothers, because the benefits of having a Doula as a part of your Birth Team are essential for you to have your best birth possible!
